WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
"But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth." Acts 1:8
"For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call." Acts 2:39
In the year 1900, a minister gathered a congregation around the truths of Divine Healing, Sanctification, and the Baptism of the Holy Ghost. The sole purpose was to encourage and fit workers to go everywhere preaching "this Gospel of the Kingdom" (which he was convinced had never been preached in these latter days in its fulness) "as a witness to all nations" and to receive God's promised power for such a labor of love.
